Schedule posts to Facebook Groups
Connect Facebook, install the PurrPlan browser extension, queue Group posts in the calendar (or via MCP drafts). The extension publishes from your logged-in browser session — where classic schedulers stop.
In short — connect Facebook, install the PurrPlan browser extension, queue Group posts in the calendar (or MCP drafts). The extension publishes from your browser session. Complementary to Pages API — not a Hootsuite-killer pitch.

The 5 steps
Connect Facebook in PurrPlan
In your workspace, connect Facebook as you would for a Page. Group / personal-profile destinations then go through the extension — complementary to the Pages API, not a magical Graph replacement.
Install the browser extension
Install the PurrPlan extension (Chrome / Chromium). That’s the publish path for Facebook Groups, Skool and personal Facebook profiles.
Extension : voir /extension — destinations Groupes / Skool / profil FB perso (Optional) MCP agent for drafts
Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT can create drafts via MCP; the extension remains the Groups publish path. Typical config:
{
"mcpServers": {
"purrplan": {
"url": "https://app.purrplan.ai/api/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer $TOKEN" }
}
}
} Queue Group posts in the calendar
Create or schedule the post to the Group destination in the PurrPlan calendar. Sample agent prompt (drafts):
Prepare 3 drafts for my Facebook Groups [names] about [topic], slots this week. Create PurrPlan drafts only, do not publish. I’ll approve; the extension will publish. The extension publishes from your session
When the slot hits, the extension uses your logged-in Facebook browser session. You stay in control: draft → approval → publish.
What this changes (honestly)
Not a Hootsuite-killer pitch
Honest angle: Groups + Skool + personal FB profile via extension, on top of 12 API networks.
Vs Postiz / Post Bridge
See /comparatif/postiz and /comparatif/post-bridge — differentiator here is Groups via extension + MCP.
Same calendar as Pages
One tool for Pages (API) and Groups (extension).
MCP agents welcome
Claude / Cursor / ChatGPT draft; the extension publishes Group destinations.
🔒 Limits to know
The extension depends on your Facebook browser session. Keep draft → approval. For MCP agents, scoped tokens. No official Graph API promise for Groups: that’s exactly why the extension exists.

MCP too?+
Yes: agents draft; the extension publishes Group destinations. See Claude / Cursor / ChatGPT tutorials.
Vs Postiz or Post Bridge?+
Honest comparatifs: /comparatif/postiz and /comparatif/post-bridge. Angle here is Groups via extension + MCP, not a generic feature dump.
How much does it cost?+
Same plans (Starter €9 / Pro €19 / Agency €39). Extension called out on Founders lifetime and the extension product page.
