Child safety standards
Last updated: 15 September 2026
Purrplan is a professional tool for scheduling and publishing to social networks. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and for any content that promotes it.
What Purrplan is
- Purrplan is not a social network: there is no public feed, no public profile and no user-to-user matching.
- The app is used to write, schedule and publish content to the social accounts that each person connects themselves.
- Access is restricted to adults. Purrplan is not aimed at children and is not designed for them.
Prohibited content and behaviour
- Any image or depiction of child sexual abuse, whether real, drawn or generated by artificial intelligence.
- Any content that sexualises a minor, including under cover of humour, fiction or art.
- Any content that facilitates, promotes or normalises child exploitation, trafficking or the solicitation of minors.
- Using Purrplan to publish such content to any social network.
What we put in place
- Our terms of use explicitly prohibit this content; a breach results in immediate and permanent account closure.
- A reporting channel is open to anyone, user or not: hello@purrplan.ai.
- Every report is reviewed by a member of the team. An account under review may be suspended during the investigation.
- Content produced by our artificial intelligence features goes through the safety filters of our model providers, which refuse requests of this nature.
Reporting to the authorities
Any child sexual abuse material brought to our attention is reported to the competent authorities, in particular NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and, in France, the PHAROS platform of the Ministry of the Interior. We preserve the material needed for the investigation and respond to legal requests.
Contact us
